In a Universe of glowing neon lights and amazing technology, Kain Cobra, a relaxed and cool anti-hero, has a big job to do. He needs to save his all-powerful father, Buxios, and his eternal rival, Yaroth, who are being tried by the Intergalactic Federation for mismanaging Planet Blue. The Federation plans to invade the planet with aliens to wipe out all life and start over.

To stop this, Kain must uncover the real enemy and save the "New" New World Order.
